Scope of application
Any trader is required to have an account opened in a credit institution or in a postal check office.
Description
The micro-entrepreneur must open an account dedicated to his professional activity if his annual turnover exceeds € 10,000 for 2 consecutive years. He must use it for the following operations:
- Collect your recipes
- Collect expenses and purchases related to his activity
- Make direct debits for his remuneration, by check or by bank transfer to his personal account
- Use means of payment in the commercial name of your company (checkbook, bank card payment terminal, etc.)
- Get a credit
The use of a dedicated account is highly recommended even below this turnover.
