      Delivery of documents to the employee for the end of the employment contract


      Scope of application

      Any employer, upon termination or end of an employment contract (dismissal, resignation, end of fixed-term contract or apprenticeship contract, retirement, contractual termination), whatever the cause.

      Description

      The employer must give the employee the following documents:
      • Work certificate
      • Employment center certificate
      • Balance of any account
      • In the event of participation, profit-sharing and employee savings plans within the company, summary statement of all sums and securities saved
