    Scope of application

    Competent body (sole shareholder or group of shareholders) of any commercial company or SCI, wishing to voluntarily terminate the life of the company and proceed with its liquidation.

    Description

    All partners present (by the majority provided for in the articles of association), including the appointed liquidator who has accepted his new functions as liquidator, must sign the minutes of dissolution.
