Export authorization for helicopters and their spare parts
Scope of application
Exporting helicopters and their following spare parts :
- main Rotor Masts (PRMs);
- main, intermediate and rear transmission boxes (MGB-BTI-BTA);
- cells and their main components (trains, beams, anti-torque devices);
- flight control systems and servovalves;
- aeronautical gas turbine engines other than those referred to in Article 9A001 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 as amended,

Exclusion
Export authorization does not apply not goods the export of which falls within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 as amended or the order of 27 June 2012 as amended establishing the list of war materials and similar materials subject to a special export procedure.
Description
Helicopters and related spare parts intended for export to the countries mentioned in the scope are subject to an individual export authorization.
