Filing of cancellation formalities
Scope of application
Any commercial company, or real-estate company considered as such, in the process of voluntary closure of its activity in dissolution-liquidation.
Description
Within one month of the publication of a liquidation notice in a legal gazette, the liquidator deregisters the company and must file the following documents with the company formalities office ('Guichet unique') or Infogreffe:
- Minutes of approval of the liquidation accounts, certified by the liquidator;
- Copy of the final liquidation accounts;
- Certificate of publication of the notice of close of liquidation operations in a legal announcements medium.
