Scope of application
Any establishment open to the public.
Description
The ERP are obliged to keep a safety register which indicates in particular :
- The name and hierarchical status of the persons belonging to the building's security service and the fire department;
- the various instructions, general and particular, established in case of fire, including the evacuation instructions taking into account the different types of disabilities;
- the dates of the safety exercises;
- the dates of the various controls and verifications as well as the observations to which they gave rise;
- the dates of alterations and modifications, their nature, the name(s) of the contractor(s) and, if applicable, of the architect or technician in charge of supervising the work.
- The register must be kept for at least 5 years and must be available for inspection.
