Scope of application
Operators, managers and builders of establishments open to the public (ERP).
Description
When permanent information is provided to visitors by means of visual or audible signage, it can be received and interpreted by a visitor with a disability.
The information and signage elements are visible and legible to all users and form a continuous chain of information along the pathway. In addition, the signage elements are understandable, especially for people with mental disabilities. Only information provided to users on a permanent basis is concerned.
