    Scope of application

    Description

    The employer shall take all necessary measures to prevent acts of moral harassment.

    Employees, trainees or trainees are informed by any means of the text of the article 222-33-2 Criminal Code [ Harassing others through repeated statements or behaviours for the purpose or effect of a deterioration in working conditions that may affect their rights and dignity, impair their their physical or mental health or jeopardize their futureis punished by two years imprisonment and 30,000 €fine.].
