Presidents, general managers and managers of a company employing at least 500 employees, or belonging to a group of companies whose parent company is headquartered in France and whose workforce includes at least 500 employees and whose turnover or consolidated turnover exceeds 100 million euros.
Description
Presidents, general managers and managers of a company employing at least 500 employees, or belonging to a group of companies whose parent company is headquartered in France and whose workforce includes at least 500 employees and whose turnover or consolidated turnover exceeds 100 million euros are required to take measures to prevent and detect, in France or abroad, acts of corruption or influence peddling.
These persons set up an internal alert system to enable the collection of reports from employees concerning the existence of conduct or situations contrary to the company's code of conduct.
