Scope of application
Any employer receiving workers in his establishment.
Description
There are two (2) other registers concerning safety at work that are compulsory to have in a company receiving workers in its establishment.
Fire safety register
This register indicates what to do in the event of a fire or evacuation to all your teams or to the public welcomed into the company.
It must enable everyone to keep abreast of fire safety rules and to list all the fire-fighting equipment present in the establishment.
Register of electrical checks
This register must contain the results of the electrical checks, the justifications for the work and the changes made to correct any defects or faults found.
The reports drawn up following these checks carried out by an accredited body must be attached to this register.
These two registers must be retained for 5 years and kept at the disposal of the labour inspectorate.*

Note: for practical purposes, the regulations allow the employer to bring together in a single document or register all the verification and control documents relating to health and safety.
