Preventive informations against sexual harassment in the workplace
Scope of application
Description
The employer must, by any means (posting, Intranet, email by
example) inform employees, people in training, the
interns and candidates for a job, internship or training
of :
- the existence of sexual harassment actions involving the company before the courts;
- the definition of sexual harassment and penalties;
- contact information for people and services:
- occupational physician or occupational health service competent for establishment;
- work inspection and inspector's name;
- references designated by the company and the Social and Economic Committee (SSC);
- human rights defender.
