    Scope of application

    Description

    The employer must, by any means (posting, Intranet, email by example) inform employees, people in training, the interns and candidates for a job, internship or training of :
    • the existence of sexual harassment actions involving the company before the courts;
    • the definition of sexual harassment and penalties;
    • contact information for people and services:
      • occupational physician or occupational health service competent for establishment;
      • work inspection and inspector's name;
      • references designated by the company and the Social and Economic Committee (SSC);
      • human rights defender.
