    Publication of a notice of dissolution-liquidation in a legal notice newspaper


    Scope of application

    Any commercial company or real-estate company in the process of voluntary closure of its activity.
    The registries of 75/78/91/92/93/94 and 95 accept a single announcement for your legal notice of dissolution and Closing of Liquidation.

    Description

    Any cancellation/dissolution gives rise to the insertion of a notice in the Official Bulletin of civil and commercial announcements.

    The notice contains:

    1 ° For natural persons:
    • The registration references;
    • The name, usual name, pseudonym and first names of the registered person;
    • The place of operation;
    • The trade name;
    • The date of the cessation of the activity.
    2 ° For legal persons:
    • The registration references;
    • The company name or name followed, where appropriate, by its acronym;
    • If it is a company, the legal form;
    • The address of the head office.
    A certificate of publication in a journal of legal notices must be attached to the cancellation declaration (M4). Everything must be filed with the registry within 30 days of the end of the activity.
