Each establishment with a social and economic committee (CSE), i.e. those with at least 11 employees for 12 consecutive months.
Description
Each establishment with a social and economic committee must keep a register of serious and imminent dangers.
This register is intended for the employer, so that he can ensure the traceability of alerts made and opinions issued by the representatives of the social and economic committee (CSE) concerning serious and imminent danger.
