Scope of application
In undertakings and establishments which do not grant weekly rest on the whole day of Sunday or :
- either on a day other than Sunday ;
- or from Sunday noon to Monday noon ;
- or on Sunday afternoon subject to compensatory rest ;
- or in any other exceptional way permitted by law.
Description
In undertakings and establishments which do not grant weekly rest for the whole day on Sunday or :
For each employee, the register shall specify the day and the fractions of days chosen for rest.

- or from Sunday noon to Monday noon ;
- or on Sunday afternoon subject to compensatory rest ;
- or in any other exceptional way permitted by law.
