    Special register of special weekly rest periods


    Scope of application

    In undertakings and establishments which do not grant weekly rest on the whole day of Sunday or :
    • either on a day other than Sunday ;
    • or from Sunday noon to Monday noon ;
    • or on Sunday afternoon subject to compensatory rest ;
    • or in any other exceptional way permitted by law.

    Description

    In undertakings and establishments which do not grant weekly rest for the whole day on Sunday or :
    • either on a day other than Sunday ;
    • or from Sunday noon to Monday noon ;
    • or on Sunday afternoon subject to compensatory rest ;
    • or in any other exceptional way permitted by law.
    a special register shall mention the names of employees subject to a special rest regime and indicate this regime.

    For each employee, the register shall specify the day and the fractions of days chosen for rest.

    This register shall be kept up to date when the weekly rest period is changed.

    It shall be made available to :

    • the labour inspectorate,
    • employees who request it.
    The register must be kept for 5 years.
