Summons of partners
Scope of application
This obligation applies to all commercial companies except European companies and SNCs.
Description
The legal representative of the company is required to convene the partners to an extraordinary general meeting 15 days before the date of the general meeting.
Note that in SAS, the articles of association may provide for a different timeframe and terms.
