This referencing policy sets out the terms and conditions for referencing, dereferencing and ranking on the infogreffe.mesobligations.fr platform.
RULES APPLICABLE TO BEING LISTED
Any supplier may be listed in principle if it meets the following criteria:
- Is a professional registered with the RCS for at least 3 years
- Has recognised and relevant expertise in assisting companies in their compliance
- Is up to date with its social and fiscal obligations
- Pays its annual contribution, when applicable.
OBLIGATIONS WHOSE NON-COMPLIANCE LEADS TO DEFERRAL
The company reserves the right to derefer any supplier who does not comply with the code of ethics or its obligations to the platform and whose activity is offensive, illegal or manifestly stopped.
CRITERIA FOR DEFAULT RANKING OF CONTENT AND OFFERS
1° In the page dedicated to the providers, the latter are classified in alphabetical order, from left to right, starting from the top.
2° On the page dedicated to the suppliers' solutions, the suppliers are displayed in decreasing order of importance according to a rating established by the platform. This rating varies according to the level of contribution of the supplier to the platform. Each contribution is given a certain number of points:

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PLATFORM OPERATOR AND THE REFERENCED PROVIDERS
The company is obliged to mention the possible existence of a capital link or remuneration between the platform operator and the referenced providers, if this link or remuneration has an influence on the referencing or ranking of the content, goods or services offered or put online. To date, there is no such link or remuneration.
